A Kerala couple clocking ₹100 crores in yearly revenues just from conviction.

Gopika Menon was shown the route to bank coaching. Instead with Swaroop Krishnan’s support, she started selling lehengas for weddings of friends & family.

Then a fake vendor in Tiruppur ran off with their savings. Most people would quit at this point, but they restarted with 300 tshirts that sold out in 3 hours.

That’s how MYDESIGNATION.com began. A fashion brand rooted in Kerala’s culture.

Trivandrum tees, Theyyam Samurai, and drops that felt emotional, not trendy.

From WooCommerce to Shopify.

From flea markets to Lulu Mall.

From 0 orders to CM2 positive growth.

No paid influencers in the beginning just authenticity and design that connected with people.

When a top consumer VC flew to Trivandrum to meet them, they realised something:

You don’t raise funds to build a brand. You build a brand so funds come looking for you.

Today, MyDesignation is on track to become a ₹100 crore D2C brand.

Born in Kerala, scaling across India, and built on emotion, design, and relentless belief.

Can you fit in a hall full of people with just a reel & a post ?

Yes, that was exactly what we did a day back.

A hall filled with faces we’d only known online all gathered around one shared goal: eCommerce.

And the realisation.
Content doesn’t just reach people.
It connects them.

When you consistently put out something valuable, you attract the kind of people who want to build, learn, and grow with you.

And when those people finally come together offline something shifts.

Conversations turn into ideas.
Ideas turn into friendships.
Friendships turn into business growth.

That’s the real return of creating content. Not virality, but community.

Can’t wait to launch The eCom House officially.

I used to think skill was everything.
Now I know consistency beats it every single time.

It sounds boring, I know.
But it’s the only habit that quietly compounds behind the scenes.

When you’re consistent with your content,
the value of what you create keeps improving.

When you’re consistent at the gym,
your muscles, your energy, your entire identity start upgrading.

When you’re consistent in giving value to your community, the community itself grows stronger.

That’s the real power of consistency.
It’s not loud, but it never fails.

I’ve been writing consistently since 2019.
And looking back now, it’s wild.

That one decision took me from being someone with random ideas
to showing up every day on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube… and now Facebook too.

Every new platform, every new opportunity, it all came from one thing: showing up.

So if you’re still waiting for motivation or inspiration to strike

DON’T

Start small, stay consistent.

Because consistency is the quiet black horse that outruns everything else.

Every revolution needs a base.
For us, it’s not Silicon Valley.
It’s an old house in Kerala that’s about to turn into something phenomenal.

I kept thinking, what if we had a physical place …

Where people could walk in and build their online businesses ?

Not just a coworking space.
A founder’s garage.

Where experts in SEO, content, paid ads, tech and everything else sit side by side helping others figure things out.

KPH tried a temperary setup during last huddle - loved it.

Then BlowLin started one a couple if months back - more conviction built.

Then life threw me a sign.
My ancestral home became vacant.
The same house that once echoed with family chatter now stood silent.

And I thought maybe this is it.

You never know until you actually do it.

So I took another bullet.

Nothing fancy, just a small home where ideas can breathe.

Because that’s how Google and Apple started too, from outhouses.

And… this is how The eCom House begins.

The place where the founders hangs out and builds the next wave of online businesses.

I hate this guy.

I hired Suhaim Faisal as our fractional CFO 3 months back hoping he’d help me finally take out the salary I deserve.

You know. Fix the cash flow, build the forecast, get the founder a decent salary.

But he did something I was not expecting.

He made me work more.
He didn’t increase my salary.
And instead of saying “you deserve better,” he keeps pushing everyone including me to perform better.

At first, I was frustrated.

Because I didn’t hire him to make my life harder.

But then I looked closer.

Our unit economics improved.

We’re tracking metrics we never tracked before.

And for the first time, our finances aren’t chaos, they actually make sense.

So yeah, maybe he’s annoying.
Maybe he keeps asking tough questions.
Maybe he’s the reason I’m not taking home more yet.

But he’s also the reason I might actually one day.

God knows, when that day will be though 😂

Are all CFO’s like this ?

Everyone told her that she was too late to restart.

The same society also told women like Abida to wait. Don’t do business until marriage. Don’t be too bold. She did it anyway. From saree counters to spice bottles to a culinary holiday home, she kept moving without permission slips.

Her one rule: whatever I give, I give only quality. No shortcuts. No racing to the bottom. Compete on trust.

For eCommerce, this is the whole game.

When you stop chasing the cheapest product and start building the most trusted product page, the repeat rate climbs.

When your product feels like home, customers return without reminders.

Abida survived debt and a pandemic with one compass. Give only what you’d proudly serve at home. That is brand. That is margin. That is retention.

She is 64.

She learned YouTube, Amazon, Shopify, and even Airbnb from scratch.

A woman rebuilding herself and her business one skill at a time.

And what do most of us say? No time. No tools. No team.

But the truth is simple. You don’t need to be born with resources, you just need to build with resourcefulness.

Business is like an engine. If you decide to turn the key, it starts. The sound you hear next is progress.

If you’re building today, choose trust over tricks. Choose quality over discount fights. Choose consistency over viral luck.

That’s how real brands grow. Slow at first. Then respected. Then unstoppable.

50K+ subscribers on youtube !!

Woah !! Not in my wildest dreams did I imagine a podcast channel that uploads 1+ hour long videos in my mother tongue would reach here.

That is not just 50K subscribers.

That is

50K learners.
50K dreamers.
50K people who want to grow.
And maybe 50K future founders.

The impact this community has been phenomenal and this milestone just proves how far we have come by keeping one thing clear from day one.

We never built this to make money.

We built it to educate, to simplify digital, and to show how anyone can grow & launch their business using digital media & tools.

Everything else like the partnerships, sponsors, and revenue came naturally when we focused on solving real problems.

Here is to the next 50K.
And to everyone who believed in this journey, thank you.

Videos doesn’t work on linkedin but I couldn’t resist sharing this one.

Yesterday, our online community finally met offline.

People who’d only known each other through WhatsApp chats and profile pictures showed up, shook hands, and shared stories like old friends.

Real people connecting over eCommerce, ideas, and growth.

Building a community online is great.
But taking that same energy offline that’s a whole new level.

This meetup wasn’t about content.
It was about connection.
And sometimes, that’s worth more than reach or virality.
Every other creator is launching a brand.
But only a few actually sell.

Last month, we worked with one such creator brand and saw a 70%+ increase in revenue.

How?
Pure trust.

The creator had already built her name around food, recipes, and cooking. Someone her audience genuinely believed in.

So when she launched her own brand, it wasn’t a gamble.

It was an extension of her story.

The eCom Show partners or as we call it, The eCom Mafia handled the operations.

We optimized the store, tuned the campaigns, and refined the funnel.

But the real engine was her audience’s trust.

Because when trust meets execution, growth becomes predictable.

We’re yet to scale, but the results are already clear.

If you build trust first, your brand won’t just launch. It’ll take off.

I’ve been slacking on my daily workouts for the past couple of months.

And it’s wild how quickly I started feeling the difference. Not in my body, but in my mind.

The days I work out, I can slay.
My brain stays sharp, focused, and fully with me.

But on the days I skip, it’s like my thoughts have a mind of their own wandering into self doubt, overthinking, and negativity for no reason.

It’s crazy how something as simple as movement, even a 30 minute walk can pull you out of that fog.

Now I see them as therapy, a way to reset the system, to stop fighting my own thoughts, and to start owning my day again.

If you’ve been feeling stuck lately,
you don’t need a life changing routine.

Just start with a walk.
You’ll be surprised how quickly the fog clears.

My first real agency partner !! I met him here on this platform.

And it was none other than Jaison Thomas

But here’s the truth: before meeting him, I had stalked him for a year.

The only plan - learn everything about this guy before I reach out.

I’d seen how he built one of Kerala’s top digital agencies, how he managed clients, how his team operated.

And finally, when I reached out, he took it over beautifully.

They handled our performance marketing, managed SEO, and even helped us set up our Shopify store.

At that time, neither of us had a clear roadmap.

We just shared one thing. Pure passion for building online businesses.

And that’s what made it work.

So, never underestimate the power of a little healthy “stalking.”

Sometimes, that’s how great partnerships begin.

We sold more courses in last 7 days than we usually sell in 30.

We didn’t even look at our courses last week. Yet it turned out to be our best sales week ever.

Why ? Trust engine + paid ads.

We always knew, if we could crack paid ads on top of that trust, it would fly.

That’s when I thought, why not partner up with Shad Muhammed T

He’s spent 5+ years in the edtech industry.

He understands that world, the creatives, the funnels, the systems, the ads, the nuances.

And turns out, I was right.

Sometimes it’s not about doing everything yourself.

It’s about finding the right people, connecting, and growing together.
